Soils were collected from sites for both microbial abundance and diversity studies
A total of 60 samples were taken : (4 sites * 5 plots/site * 3 samples/plot).

Samples were collected on the 9/19/2016, dried, processed and sent for PLFA analysis on 9/12/2016. Processing was conducted by Peterson Brekke of El Reno, Oklahoma ARS.
